CANCELLATION POLICY

ADVANCE PAYMENT: To confirm the reservation, the total amount of the first night of the stay must be paid as an advance payment.
CANCELLATIONS:

-Free cancellation up to 15 days before the check-in date.

-50% penalty of the advance payment if the cancellation is made 14 days or less and more than 8 days in advance.

-100% penalty of the advance payment when made 7 days or less in advance.
RESERVATION MODIFICATION: The client may request changes to their stay (dates and/or type of accommodation) by written request, subject to availability.
