WE HAVE TWO APARTMENTS WITH SEA VIEWS. THEY CONSIST OF TWO DOBLE BEDROOMS, A FULL BATHROOM AND A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. THE APARTMENTS ALSO HAVE A SHARED PRIVATE TERRACE/SOLARIUM WITH SEA VIEWS.

MAXIMUM 4 PEOPLE. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENTS.

Minimum 4 nights from 10/07 to 29/08 and Holy Week. Minimum 2 nights for all other dates.

Sheets and towels are included in the price.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM.

Check-out time is before 12:00 PM.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ADVANCE PAYMENT: To confirm the reservation, the first night of the stay will have to be paid as an advance.
CANCELLATIONS:

-Free cancellation up to 21 days before the check-in date.

-Penalty of 50% of the advance payment if the cancellation is made 20 days or less and more than 15 days in advance.

-100% penalty of the advance payment when made 14 days or less in advance.
RESERVATION MODIFICATION: The client may request changes to their stay (dates and/or type of accommodation) by written request, subject to availability.
